गोपनीयता नीति

Kaze AI ("Kaze", "हम"), DreamFlow Inc., आपकी गोपनीयता का सम्मान करता है। यह गोपनीयता नीति ("नीति") बताती है कि जब आप हमारी वेबसाइट, API सेवाओं और संबंधित ऑनलाइन सेवाओं (सामूहिक रूप से "सेवाएं") तक पहुंचते या उनका उपयोग करते हैं, तब हम आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी कैसे एकत्र, उपयोग, साझा और सुरक्षित करते हैं।

यह नीति, हमारी सेवा शर्तों के साथ, आपकी सेवाओं के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करने वाला कानूनी रूप से बाध्यकारी समझौता है। सेवाओं का उपयोग करके आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि आपने इस नीति को पूरा पढ़ और समझ लिया है।

1. हम कौन सी जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं

हम तीन श्रेणियों में जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं:

1.1 आपके द्वारा स्वेच्छा से दी गई जानकारी

• खाता पंजीकरण जानकारी: Kaze AI खाता बनाते समय हम आपका ईमेल पता, उपयोगकर्ता नाम और hashed password एकत्र कर सकते हैं।
• भुगतान जानकारी: paid services खरीदते समय हम third-party payment processors (Stripe या PayPal) के माध्यम से billing address और payment card जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं। हम पूरा card number store नहीं करते, केवल last four digits और expiration date रखते हैं।
• User Content: text, images, audio या अन्य content जिसे आप सेवाओं के माध्यम से upload, generate या share करते हैं।
• Communications: customer support या technical teams के साथ आपकी correspondence।

1.2 स्वचालित रूप से एकत्र जानकारी

जब आप सेवाओं का उपयोग करते हैं, हम स्वचालित रूप से एकत्र कर सकते हैं:

• Device और Browser Information: IP address, operating system version, browser type और language settings।
• Usage Logs: access dates/times, clicked links, visited pages, generated content types, used features और session duration।
• Location Information: IP address से अनुमानित geographic location (city/country level)।
• Cookies और Similar Technologies: preferences, login status और session information याद रखने के लिए cookies और web beacons। विवरण धारा 7 में है।

1.3 Third Parties से जानकारी

• Single Sign-On (SSO): यदि आप Google या GitHub जैसे platforms से register करते हैं, तो आपकी privacy settings और permissions के अनुसार हमें public profile information, जैसे avatar और email address, मिल सकती है।

2. हम आपकी जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं

हम जानकारी का उपयोग इन उद्देश्यों के लिए करते हैं:

• Services Provide करना: requests process करना, AI content generate करना, account manage करना और transactions/refunds complete करना।
• Services Improve करना: usage trends analyze करना, AI model performance optimize करना और user experience improve करना।
• Security और Fraud Prevention: fraud, abuse या illegal activity detect, prevent और investigate करना, और Kaze AI तथा users की rights और safety protect करना।
• Customer Support: inquiries, complaints और technical issues का जवाब देना।
• Legal Compliance: applicable laws के अनुसार record-keeping, reporting और law enforcement cooperation obligations पूरा करना।
• Marketing Communications (केवल consent से): product updates, event invitations और promotional offers भेजना। आप unsubscribe link से consent withdraw कर सकते हैं।

3. हम जानकारी कैसे साझा करते हैं

हम आपकी जानकारी केवल नीचे दिए मामलों में साझा करते हैं और हमेशा minimum necessity principle का पालन करते हैं:

हम आपकी express authorization के बिना आपकी personal information को third parties को उनके direct marketing purposes के लिए नहीं बेचते, किराए पर नहीं देते या उपलब्ध नहीं कराते।

4. आपके अधिकार (GDPR / CCPA / अन्य jurisdictions)

आपकी residence jurisdiction के आधार पर, जैसे EU/EEA under GDPR या California under CCPA/CPRA, आपको निम्न अधिकार हो सकते हैं:

• Right to Know: हम कौन सी personal information collect, use और share करते हैं, इसकी जानकारी।
• Right to Access: आपके बारे में रखी personal information की copy मांगना।
• Right to Rectification: inaccurate या incomplete information correction मांगना।
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): कुछ परिस्थितियों में deletion मांगना।
• Right to Restrict Processing: specific situations में processing limit करने का अनुरोध।
• Right to Data Portability: structured, commonly used, machine-readable format में data प्राप्त करना और अन्य controller को भेजना।
• Right to Object: legitimate interests आधारित processing या direct marketing का विरोध।
• Right to Withdraw Consent: consent आधारित processing में consent कभी भी withdraw करना।
• Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing (CCPA): California residents cross-context behavioral advertising के लिए sale/share से opt out कर सकते हैं।

अपने अधिकार कैसे प्रयोग करें: privacy@kaze.ai पर संपर्क करें। हम जल्द जवाब देंगे और identity verification के लिए reasonable information मांग सकते हैं।

5. Data Storage और International Transfers

KAZE AI United States में स्थित है, और collected information United States law से governed है। Services access/use करके या information देकर आप United States और अन्य देशों में अपनी information transfer, process और store किए जाने से सहमत होते हैं, जहां privacy laws आपके residence/citizenship country जितने comprehensive न हो सकते हैं।

6. Data Security

हम आपकी जानकारी की सुरक्षा के लिए physical, technical और administrative safeguards लागू करते हैं, जिनमें शामिल हैं:

• data in transit के लिए Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+) encryption;
• data at rest encryption;
• need-to-know basis पर strict access controls;
• regular security audits और vulnerability scanning।

Important Notice: हम आपकी जानकारी बचाने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन Internet transmission या electronic storage का कोई तरीका 100% secure नहीं होता। इसलिए absolute security guarantee नहीं कर सकते।

7. Cookies और Similar Technologies

हम cookies और similar tracking technologies, जैसे web beacons और pixel tags, उपयोग करते हैं:

• login status और session maintain करने के लिए;
• preferences, जैसे language और theme, याद रखने के लिए;
• service usage और traffic statistics analyze करने के लिए;
• personalized advertising देने के लिए, केवल जहां आपने consent दिया है।

आप browser settings से cookies manage या delete कर सकते हैं। जरूरी cookies disable करने से Services की functionality प्रभावित हो सकती है।

हम फिलहाल "Do Not Track (DNT)" signals का जवाब नहीं देते, क्योंकि universally accepted industry standard नहीं है।

8. Children's Privacy

Kaze AI की Services 13 वर्ष से कम आयु वालों, या आपकी jurisdiction की applicable consent age से कम व्यक्तियों के लिए directed नहीं हैं।

• हम 13 वर्ष से कम बच्चों की personal information जानबूझकर collect नहीं करते।
• यदि हमें पता चले कि ऐसी information अनजाने में collect हुई है, तो हम उसे immediately delete करेंगे।
• यदि आप parent या guardian हैं और मानते हैं कि आपके child ने personal information दी है, तो privacy@kaze.ai पर संपर्क करें।

9. Data Retention

हम personal information को इस Policy के उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने तक, या applicable law द्वारा required minimum period तक रखते हैं। Criteria:

• account information active account रहने तक retain होती है;
• User Content और log data तब तक retain होते हैं जब तक आप उन्हें delete या account terminate नहीं करते;
• transaction records tax और accounting requirements के लिए retain होते हैं, आमतौर पर 7 years।

10. Third-Party Links

Services में third-party websites या services के links हो सकते हैं, जैसे social media plugins और external resources। यह Privacy Policy किसी third party पर लागू नहीं होती। हम आपको उनकी privacy policies देखने की सलाह देते हैं। Kaze AI third-party data practices के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।

11. इस Policy में बदलाव

हम समय-समय पर यह Policy update कर सकते हैं। Material changes होने पर हम आपको बताएंगे:

• Services में prominent notice post करके; या
• effective date से पहले आपके registered email पर email भेजकर।

Latest version के लिए इस page को periodically review करें। बदलाव प्रभावी होने के बाद Services का continued use updated Policy की acceptance है।
